Policies and Procedures
At Superconscious Healing, we understand that sometimes changes are necessary. Our return and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible. Rebooking: - To rebook an appointment, please message us 24 hours prior to the desired new appointment time. No charges will apply for rebooking, provided sufficient notice is given. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the appointment will incur no appointment cost. - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to receive a refund. - To cancel or reschedule, please message us through our website or email free1111@mail.com. Refund: - Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation. - Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Exceptions: - Superconscious Healing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. - In such cases, we will provide a full refund or work with you to find a suitable alternative appointment time.
